  • To plan Industry-Experts’ Guest Lectures and Career Advice sessions to promote opportunities for placement.
  • Endeavor to establish the Institution’s self-sustaining unit.

  • To execute entire placement operations right from design, training and placement drive execution.
  • To make sure that the correct number of eligible students are put in an appropriate organization.

  • Counseling Sessions: To consider each student’s field of interest, strengths and weakness, which allows our team to focus on areas of improvement.
  • Grooming Sessions: Regular training sessions to develop the student’s communication skills, presentation skills and vocabulary.
  • Aptitude and Interview Training Sessions: Aptitude training sessions are held that enable students during campus placements to clear up the aptitude tests. Students are often subject to specific placement preparation, including resume writing, aptitude tests, mock interviews, and group discussions.

Placement Partners - Indian Intitute Of Embedded Systems

Campus recruitment refers to the process whereby employers undertake an organized program of attracting and hiring students who are about to graduate from colleges, and universities. (On-campus / Off-campus / Pool-campus) The objective of campus placement is to identify the talented and qualified students before they complete their education.

Eligibility criteria for campus placements are as follows:

  • 60% throughout. (10th , 12th , UG/PG) students below 60% will be only considered as per the company’s discretion.
  • Students with Standing backlogs (Maximum-02) will be only considered as per the company’s discretion.
  • Students have to clear the IIES Placement test and MOCK interview to qualify for the campus placements

Normally, the campus placement season begins after the 2 nd month of the training and goes on till the end of the course completion, however if there are any requirement from the industry candidate will be sent for interview after completion of first month of training also.

Once a recruiter’s placement drive is confirmed, all eligible students will receive a e-mail on the registered email id from the Placement Cell with the detailed Job description.
Interested students can confirm their participation by return email. Students who confirm their willingness must attend the placement drive without fail.

IIES placement policy is designed to benefit all eligible students so that maximum number of students gets placement opportunity to secure job offers through placement drives.

IIES placement team will provide multiple opportunities untill you get placed.

IIES has tie ups with more than 2000 Companies and these companies are from Engineering, Automotive, IT services, Electronics, Wireless Communication, Semiconductor and Aerospace domains.

The average salary package offered by our prominent recruiters range from 3 LKH to 10 LKH per Annum.

All communications should be routed only through the Placement department. No direct communication with company HR will be entertained.
Any communication received from the company by the students should be immediately brought in notice to the placement department so that further confusions can be avoided.

Yes, You are eligible to attend any number of placement drives till the final results are declared by the earlier company. If you are selected, earlier company offer has to be accepted.

The selection process for internship is similar to that of full time recruitment process and the selected students must join as per the company decision. However, final placements are based on the performance during the internship tenure.
Students getting selected in long term internship will be considered as placed.

A bond contract is a recorded promise made by an employee to the employer pledging that he/she will pay a certain amount to the employer if he leaves the organization before the agreed period. This agreement is usually made when an employee joins a new
organization.
