Placement Officer

Job Description :-

  1. Searching for Job trends :
    Have to search the Job requirements through Job portals like Indeed, LinkedIn ,Monster ,Naukri ,Glassdoor, Ziprecruiters ,freshersworld etc.
  2. Social media Activities :
    Need to check other institution Profiles in Facebook , Instagram , LinkedIn to get more requirements by checking their accounts that where their students got placed.
  3. LinkedIn Activity:
    Daily Send linkedin requests at least for 20-25 connections . search for job postings related to embedded systems. Try to get their email ID through LinkedIn. Follow the high reputed companies to check the job trends.
  4. Follow-up the clients :
    Follow-up with clients to get updates on interview schedules, requirements, and take feedback after the interview. Try to convince the clients to give placement opportunities to the students. Build a good relationship with our existing clients, Diligently communicating through channels like email, WhatsApp, SMS , calls etc.
  5. Connect to Companies :
    Daily search for job trends and try to connect companies to get good requirements for the students. Make calls to the clients daily and send an Email to clients for checking about fresh requirements.
  6. Weekly Reports:
    Report the activities on placements, Drives to conduct , linkedin etc.

Technical Trainer-Software

Job Description :-

  • Experience: minimum 0-6 years
  • Timings: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
  • Mode of Training: Classroom training.
  • Take regular classes for students on the assigned subjects/modules.
  • Evaluate and grade students’ assignments, and module tests
  • Create/ Update study materials and PPT’s
  • Provide senior technical trainers with feedback on student progress.

Skills sets: 

  • C, C++ knowledge &  Data Structures. Knowledge on Python programming will be added advantage.
  • (Relevant training will be given for the candidates on the skills)

Career Counsellor

Technical Trainer – Embedded

Duties / Responsibilities

  • Attend scheduled classes for the designated subjects consistently.
  • Providing hands-on instruction to enhance student’s understanding of embedded technologies
  • Evaluate and grade student’s assignments, and module tests
  • Develop and revise educational resources and PowerPoint presentations
  • Write technical blogs for website and social media postings
  • Communicate updates on students’ development to senior trainers.

Mandatory Skills sets:

  • Good Knowledge on Basic Electronics ( Analog and Digital)
    Embedded C
    Knowledge on Microcontrollers – 8051
  • Experience on I2C, Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI), USB, General-purpose input/output (GPIOs), Controller Area Network (CAN bus)
    Good to have:
    Knowledge on – ARM, PIC, AVR
  • Working on Linux operating system
  • Basic understanding of Internet of Things (IoT) and internet-based technologies
